Rob Sadler is the group vice president of energy transition and transformation for DCP Midstream, a Denver based Fortune 500 energy company. Rob is responsible for DCP’s energy transition, sustainability, and technology transformation efforts as well as corporate planning and strategy. Previously Rob held the role of vice president of commercial for DCP’s North Value Chain where he led all commercial activity and business development for DCP’s DJ Basin, Midcontinent, and Michigan assets.
Rob began his career with DCP Midstream in 2008 as vice president of strategic planning before being appointed vice president and treasurer in 2009. He has held roles of increasing responsibility for DCP, including leadership assignments with DCP’s Permian commercial, corporate development, and financial planning / analysis functions.
He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of North Florida and an MBA from Duke University.
Rob is the chairman of the board of directors for Anastasis Academy, an inquiry-based learning school in Colorado.
He and his wife, Susanne, have a daughter and three sons and live in Highlands Ranch, CO.
